We do require that all customers order a veg box either on its own or as part of a larger order. Unfortunately we cannot accept orders for items that do not include a veg box.
Please allow up to 24 hours between registering and hearing from us. Please also ensure you have set up a direct debit since you cannot order from us until you have completed this step.
Since we are processing many orders each week, a direct debit makes it possible for us to charge you for what you order without the need for you to visit the shop. You are only charged for what we supply and if you don't make an order in a week then you are not charged anything.
We aim to deliver items to customers in a box. Unfortunately in the current environment, it has become hard to source enough boxes so some customers will receive their order in bags for the moment.
Each week, all registered customers with a direct debit are sent an email with an invite to order for the following week. Orders must be received by the following Monday or Tuesday. These orders are dispatched between Thursday and Saturday of the same week.
Unfortunately, at the moment demand is so large that we are unable to advise a specific delivery day and time in advance. We will notify you on the day of delivery that your order will be received during the day but we cannot provide an exact time for the delivery.
By setting up a direct debit, it enables you to vary what you order each week and only be charged for what you order. If you don't place an order then you will not be charged. You will normally find the direct debit is charged to your account on the Wednesday for a Thursday delivery.

Our ordering and delivery process ensures your order remains contactless at all points. On the day of delivery, you will receive a notification email.
